Glenn has over thirty years experience in Colorado Real Estate. He has been involved in dozens of projects throughout the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys, both commercial and residential. Glenn has been a builder, developer and consultant. In short, Glenn is one of the most knowledgeable, well rounded, and integrated professionals in the business.
Born and raised in Grand Junction, CO, before moving to Aspen in the early 1970’s. Beginning in property management of the Pomegranate Inn and several other luxury resorts in the area. Glenn’s first major development project was the Aspen Club. Since completing that first endeavor, Glenn has continued full speed ahead, building wide ranging real estate connections from Aspen to Grand Junction and beyond.
Always open to possibilities and opportunity, Glenn has taken his expertise to many levels. He has been past owner and manager of three real estate firms in Basalt and Glenwood Springs. As a consultant to builders and developers, Glenn has helped to move projects through city and county processes, always staying in touch with the current market trends and projections. Glenn has been involved in construction, property development and real estate sales in the Roaring Fork Valley and the Colorado River Valley West of Glenwood Springs for more than 30 years, so he knows the business literally from the ground up.
